EXCITING NEWS FOR UPCOMING MISSION SEASON!!!

 HANK TAYLOR will be promoted to a new role, in charge of the fundamental development of our younger players. "I have a passion and enjoy helping kids get the proper skill development EARLY,so they can be equipped to handle all elements of the game as they get older."  said Taylor.

Part of Mission's focus on the younger programs will include some inline skill sessions and the exciting addition of a Mite program! Coach Taylor, Coach Goltz, and Coach Maxwell are all former professional inline players and coaches and believe that, if done correctly, additional inline skill sessions will help the basic fundamentals and skills of our younger players.     

Mission will also expand the format of it's Midget program! Bantams will now be directly linked to the the U16-U18 program to make this progression even more seamless. Coach Goltz will be taking on head roles for the Bantam AA, 16 AA/AAA and 18 AA/AAA teams, in an effort to include Bantam players in his current approach to older teams.

"I am proud of our model at the older levels and excited to introduce the process earlier with our Bantam core as well."  Said Coach Goltz of the expanded model.

"We are always thinking about our approach to a player's youth career. I think our latest decisions really make sense for a seamless plan in which players develop in our program with a fundamental base driven by Coach Taylor, and then a higher level progression driven by myself. We are really excited and feel fantastic about our improvements."
