• Playoffs and Finals:
  • Semi-finals, championship, and consolation games will be scheduled based on our standings.
  • The schedule for Sunday will be released on Saturday afternoon.

Important Tournament Rules and Information:

Please review the following key points to ensure a smooth and enjoyable tournament experience for everyone:

• Arrival and Game Start:

  • Teams must be ready to begin play 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
  • A 3-minute warm-up period will begin when instructed by the on-ice official. The clock will start regardless of whether skaters are on the ice.
  • The game will start at the conclusion of the warm-up period. If a team is not ready to begin at that time, it will be charged a time-out. If still not ready after the time-out, the game will be forfeited (1-0).

• Neck Protection:

  • Neck guards are mandatory and will be fully enforced in accordance with the new USA Hockey rule.

• Warm-Up Pucks:

  • Warm-up pucks are not provided at this event. Please bring your own pucks for warm-ups.

• Tournament Merchandise:

  • T-shirt and Photo Vendors will be available at each of the main venues throughout the weekend.
  • Limited Edition Tournament Pins will be on sale at the tournament command center for $5 each.

• Locker Rooms:

  • Facilities will monitor locker rooms. Please pick up all trash and leave the room clean for the next team.

• Tournament Rules:

  • The detailed tournament rules are attached to this email. They include information on tie-breakers, seeding, and jersey colors.
  • Jersey Colors: Home teams wear LIGHT jerseys; away teams wear DARK jerseys.

• No Artificial Noisemakers:

  • Please leave cowbells and other artificial noisemakers at home. They are not permitted.

• Game Updates and Standings:

  • All games and standings will be available on the tournament website. There will be no paper brackets posted in the rinks.
  • Please regularly check the website for updates.

• Live Streaming:

  • All venues have LiveBarn for watching games online. Visit www.livebarn.com for information and pricing. (Note: This service is not affiliated with the tournament.)

• Officials:

  • All games for U10 and older will have a TWO-man referee crew due to limited availability of officials nationwide.

• Code of Conduct:

  • This is a USA Hockey sanctioned event. There is ZERO tolerance for inappropriate behavior.
  • Swearing at officials, loud and unruly spectators, or coaches/players may result in ejection from the event and/or facilities.
  • Please be ambassadors for our organization and sport.

Final Notes:

• Arrival Preparedness:

  • Ensure your player arrives on time and is ready for warm-ups.
  • Bring both red and white jerseys and socks to every game.
